Health & Safety

We promote a positive Health and Safety culture and one which strives for continuous improvement. Our Health and Safety processes are overseen by a dedicated Health and Safety Manager with a thorough understanding of statutory requirements and a hands-on approach to their application.

Our Site Managers have been through the Construction Skills’ Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) from the Construction Industry Training Board and all our employees must have Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards relevant to their role.

All our sites are subject to monthly independent inspections by the Building Safety Group, the UK’s largest construction consultancy group for health, safety and environmental advice. Our Health and Safety Manager also carries out monthly inspections, ensuring that our Health and Safety performance is monitored on a fortnightly basis.

We are CHAS and SafeContractor accredited.
