David Lowe elected chairman of Construction Safety Services North West

We are pleased to announce that David Lowe of Manchester and Cheshire Construction has been elected chairman of Construction Safety Services North West.
David was invited to join the board of directors in 2005 after winning the Telford Award on a record seven occasions.
Construction Safety Services is an independent, not-for-profit safety group made up of 60 companies with a combined turnover of £280million.
