The ultimate test in Health and Safety - asbestos removal and working at height with the Health and Safety Executive

Manchester and Cheshire Construction have won an £800,000 external refurbishment contract with the Health and Safety Executive on their former offices at St. Peter’s House in Bootle. The scheme will be project managed by DTZ and work includes the replacement of all windows and associated asbestos-lined spandrel panels.
Manchester and Cheshire Construction were selected for the project due to our previous experience in refurbishing tower blocks and won the scheme by competitive tender. The scheme will commence in December and is scheduled to finish in April 2009.
