We are committed to exemplary Health and Safety standards and to promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Processes are overseen by a dedicated Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Manager with a thorough understanding of statutory requirements and a hands-on approach to their application.
Our Site Managers have been through the Construction Skills’ Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) from the Construction Industry Training Board and all our employees have Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards relevant to their role.
All our sites are subject to monthly independent inspections by the Building Safety Group, the UK’s largest construction consultancy group for health, safety and environmental advice. Our SHE Manager also carries out monthly inspections, ensuring that our Health and Safety performance is audited on a fortnightly basis.
We are CHAS accredited.
